Many posters elsewhere mentioned "Regal" funding as one of the notorious small stock destroyer. Regal usually funds and sell afterwards dragging SP down to a certain extent and wait to fund another Cap raise and cycles go on. HIO is a good example. Currently, Regal is out from HIO but HIO needs many more big capital raise just to move forward itself, forget about mining construction.
IMO, Pangaea is another "Regal" who funded BEZ but now they are cashing up ; additionally fueled by JB's personal vendetta/grievance.
The difference of other small stock with BEZ is BEZ doesn't need to raise capital and fully funded for all sorts of explorations and mining construction etc. The current SP stalemate can be contributed to Pagaea/JB's continuous but slow selling, and to opportunistic accumulators/capper's who understand the situation and trying to best out of it (for example, they want to accumulate currently at 0.14 to 0.13).
One thing for sure, JB's share is not infinite. Also, the huge money is not sitting there idle and you will see the lot's of results/progress pretty soon. You have gold at ground and money at hand with big-hearted/meticulous Quantum in board.
