on other threads, other companies, i had raised ...a patent being filed, is not the same as granted.
lots of companies annouce filings.. and hence shareholder believe its one in the same.
I suppose the object of filing, is to get in first, so if another gets in also... first in best dressed.
also part of why there are so many fights over patents down the track.
a world leading Australina anode company has filed patents..but have they been grant those patents?
