    in short at a time in the future, prob 4qrt this year or 1st next year, the details of the new lithium company will be confirmed. As of that date existing holders of FFX will get a share in the new company at a rate they determine- be it 1 lithum for 8 FFX or something similar. I’m hoping for 1:6 but we will have to wait and see.
    there is heaps of gold in the ground so it’s win:win I think.
