Even though there maybe good things coming why aren't deals completed or negotiations complete before calling a holt?
Wouldn't that alleviate the need to continually suspend making sure the best deal for both parties is already finalised?
Does the excitement of getting close to finalising the deal get to much, or scared of news getting out before actually signing the dotted line?
Zman you guys usually have all sorted and don't have the stop continued.
Don't get me wrong am happy to wait for the news just gets a bit frustrating is all.

maybe news slipped somewhere and they were forced to enact trading halt to stop insider trading....

who knows... somethings accidentally falter... either way, STL wont undertake the transaction unless they get a good deal and it makes them either/or more profits or strengthen the balance sheet/market cap...
