I understand that oxxa, just get a bit worried when this type of thing happens.
Good result if a better deal is finalised for STL and its shareholders, not so good if as the deal is being finalised the goal posts get changed.
My guess is that Zman wouldn't let the goal post get to far away given the amount of his "Skin in the game"
I also realised the deal has to also be approved by the STL board.
