    Sir Ron at a previous TCQ AGM said that he would not support a frolic back into property funds management and I doubt he has any reason to change his mind.

    The rationale that a property buyer would pay more for a property if you are selling it to redirect capital to other needs rather than giving cash back to your shareholders borders on the bizarre. Selling over a 2 year period would hardly constitute a "fire sale" in any event.
