I totally do not understand how a company with a market cap of 23.22 million can just walk away with the blessing of the --- maybe the --- need to explain what there ruling on this is because it appears very Vaage and a lot of investors are going to be burnt once again with company that looks like a lifestyle company examples FAS & EGO and the punters get smashed once again. But don't forget you can claim it as a tax deduction on your losses or if you do make a profit pay a capital gains tax
