My opinion only, no proof. The trading nature of AR1 has changed from 31st March when it was announced that it is cashflow positive and has paid some of its debt.
Now the buys build up at or just below the buy bid and then they buy up, then they pull the bids allow it to fall and repeat the process. This is not unique to just AR1 but to other stocks also. This is not just retail buyers, IMO large players/buyers buying up the stock, my opnion only.
