Yes, I know the Kal battery is supposedly definitely going to be WA vanadium, and yes, I know we are likely to be the main contender. And yes, I even know vsun can use US V for non WA projects.
Just saying the arguments here are pointless as there are two (or more) potential scenarios each of which will probably have different source vanadium specs. OR specs may change based on govt and company needs vs promised timeframes.
The clarification from the company could be a simple frigging list of (hopefully) proposed projects and their sources of V.
Proj A: Lumina battery to Kal using AVL WA vanadium, commissioning in 2029. Proj B: Vsun battery using US sourced vanadium for x location, commissioning in 2028 etc etc
Assuming they have any proposed projects.
And is there any sign of the Kal tender process from the govt? Or any expected timeline? It was the same govt, so unless it was an un-researched election thought bubble - or non core promised timeframe, surely it should be ready to go.
