Yes, well it's probably too early to garner the significance of these transactions and whether they are one-off or a continuing trend.

March and April have been the highest volume months on record. It may be a changing of the guard with stale and largish shareholders wanting out, a concerted move by associates of the Bell Potter placement last year, opportunistic day traders buying at $0.006, a block of new investors looking at a cheap buy-in price. Whatever the circumstances, numerically there have been a fewer sellers than buyers. Perhaps @accaeric can throw a light on where these purchases and sales came from please.

Time will tell and as @Bonobo_Man and @Oscar11 have pointed out the company has picked up significant clients over the past 6 months so market interest may be increasing.
