I did not participat in CR. I had decided that on allocation grounds. I have not sold a single FXL share in over 4 years. The SP has been smashed, as on a relative basis we could not compete with the momentum of APT, Z1P, SZL, SPT etc.

In the long run however the four mentioned above will start to face stronger headwinds and without profitability, due to coming margin compression, the profitability of FXL will shine through.

The other issue the four mentioned above will face is a growing reluctance among existing shareholders to tip in more capital and a growing disdain for being diluted. Unlike the FXL CR which was a pro-rata offer, very fair to all shareholders.

I also am pleased to see Tanarra Capital stump up more cash. John Wylie is true to his name. There is an old saying in investing, 'follow the money'
