I worked in retail for many years and still have many friends in the business. I worked at Harvey's and have used their system. It is better than the portals at other retailers no question.
But when dealing with GE you can and do wait a long time to get your money. Not on every transaction but sometimes you do wait up to 60 days. I have experienced it myself as a retailer on many occasions over many years. I did not say this is the norm.
Also working at Harvey's I had many return customers on FlexiRent. It is not a one off stream.
