Hi Tamz, the second half results will have also included additional costs associated with restructuring ... the 23 April 20 C-19 ASX update clearly mentioned they were going to bring forward cost reduction initiatives ( the $7m expense saving 2020 target is likely to be exceeded)
The 3 year transformation strategy includes a target of a cost to income ratio of 40% - a quick calc gives indicative annual savings could be around $15-$18m (8%-10% of $180m approx) - with benefits commencing from FY 2021.
