look at afterpay...they court the customer first, then merchants court afterpay.
that's how you do it. if you attract the customers then merchants come knocking. look at kgn. they were dealing with zip....then for whatever reason, they brought in apt (who charge higher fees than zip!)
attract customers first, rest looks after itself
