I think the person in question could have avoided any hardship if they did a quick 20-minute budget sometime between the salesperson trying to get back in contact.
Just to see what a change of $150 a month would mean to her.
Picking up the phone when Humm tried to contact her may have helped as well.
Incredible that her name is Ms. Hunn though.
