without the BNPL on offer the people couldn’t enter the arrangements so yes it is tied together to a certain extent, even if Flexi doesn’t do the actual selling. Clearly it has been an issue for some people and it is why FXL and other BNPL providers have had to lobby for well over a year to get the code changed and to make a number of representations on putting together a code of practice.
