Unfortunately I cannot see any ASX announcement stating this, and I also do not receive marketing emails from FXL. Regardless of an email which you may have received, the place of truth are ASX announcements. Although, I do recall receiving an announcement in the past the Bundll had launched? So are you saying it has not yet launched?
