    If XIP can create synergies with Watermark and get Watermark to the same profit ratio over EBITDA as XIP have then they will be extremely accretive! I'll be very interested to see some brokers reports after todays briefing.

    I also think XIP will be a slow burner until a couple more brokers start covering them. If the price stays this low, then they may become a future target for Qantm.
