No worries. You're a holder of DVA and entitled to vote just as much as any other holder and that choice is your own, but personally I don't think you're moving into a dud if you move into OVH stock post-merger.

Theres still a lot of room for growth there, or an almighty jump if they get bought out, which is a possibility.
