I think you will find that there is a very high number of complaints to the HCCC arising out of the Primary Health model compared to most general practices. Since you are so closely related to Primary perhaps you could clarify their position in this regard.

I really cant see anything substantive in this release , it looks to me like they are trying to make a bad situation look good.
