When company is expanding, EPS can be negative or very little.
Also it depends on how the management plan the business too.

I don’t think EXL will be lower PE since the market is growing too fast, and the company wants to take market share.
it means that the sock price will be fluctuate since there are many types of investors.
What we need to focus is the cash flow, if the cash flow statement is good, it’s worth to hold it.
