Given that it seems this management team has it all under control and the growth is there the market did not like it as much as I did. 0.2% up in market and we are just over 2% down? What do they want ? I thought that the real takeouts for me. We have the cash in bank and no debt to complete acquisitions. 2019 should integrate KPMG unit. Getting more focused. Not totally brand dependent as we often appear in the background to someones private label business.

All seems to be pretty good but we keep trading within this narrow band.

Is it because they stated at some point they would provide a dividend out of the disposal of the RE business to equity trustees. The quote from the conference call transcript at the half year "  The saleof the RE remains on track and we expect to distribute some of the sale proceeds to our shareholders byway of a fully franked dividend – Ash will speak to you more about this later on."

I am not sure why they have never mentioned it again and at the time I thought it was such a small amount per share that it wasn't really what I wanted. I want the business to start paying sustainable dividends when it has grown to a optimum level and that these were a regular event. I had thought that they would or may start at this years final announcement but maybe they are waiting for the cash to rebuild first. In that case we may well have to wait until the full years results in 2019 after all the integration has been completed and systems are all in place and expensed.
