Just do a Google search, "why do 90% of investors lose money on the sharemarket?".

People follow the trend in the wrong direction, they sell when shares are going up, and buy when they are going down.

I did your suggested Google search and found opinions rather than any hard data. If you could show any real evidence to back up 90% I'd love to see it.
