I get the feeling from the announcement that the B+M and other telco interest is pretty big. We are clearly already growing much faster than our cash flow can keep up with.
A Greater Europe/USA launch plan will exacerbate this and require more funds than what's left with the negotiated debt deal, and any improved supplier negotiated terms.

I will welcome a Cap Raise and will fully participate. I'd rather see the company obtain more funding, especially at this much higher share price, and then have the ability to absolutely smash their expansion plans out of the ball park.
