I think Oliver's needs to come up with a simple menu were the food is made fresh on site, they are are trying to dress up a pig with pies, burgers and egg and bacon rolls, far too many choices on the menu means carrying far to much stock. Check out Simply food Euroa, they do what they
say simply fresh food made on site they do very well.
