For selfish reasons only, glad it wasn't more as I sold heaps shares the other week (last of my holding) so anymore and I may have been really upset!!
However for those holding, I would vote against this as it undervalues the business; remember I sold as I had made a solid return and held for over a year and thought this sort of offer wound not be in the wind. However I agree deal has been done, if TLS onboard then all over for shareholders.
