Let me guess....Archer take's KYC private...Bishop and the boys stay on to manage KYC Private then come up with a brainwave. A managment buy out vendor financed by Archer Capital ! If all directors signed a declaration they would not take part in any equity buy out, shares , investment of any kind in KYC whilst held by any entity for the next 5 years we'd know the deal is legit. Do you think they's sign such an agreement and if not serious questions need to be asked. Taken
