I spoke to my broker about buying more HVN. He was very bearish. Indicated that HVN were very unlikely to borrow money so it can utilise the franking credits.
What amazes me too is why doesn't Gerry demerge the properties from HVn. Its NTA i think is 2.18 and was trading under 2 when i asked him. The market is attributing no value to the business. He also indicated it is normal for property trust to trade at below their nta.
