That fact your broker is bearish, is bullish for me. Why would anyone listen to these brokers is beyond me. There charge extraordinary fee's and really usually have little more training than the average joe. HVN has solid property backing unlike JBH. Note also how former JBH fans eg Roger Montgomery has gone off this stock as well. HVN solid underpinning makes its dividend a bond payment for me. Fully franked and more than twice covered. I am more a buyer then anything else at this price.
