benson, the results have been audited, so no funny business in numbers, it would seem.

The article someone posted said that when the results come in, ASZ would noyt be able to justify a $116m market cap and that seems to be the case. However, the market cap is now $75m. Where does "fair value" come in? Hopefully, there'll be some commentary by analysts.

Fair to say the $1.03 takeover is now not going to happen. The takeover was based on a number of assumptions at the time. I recall thinking that a couple of these might be debt reduction (hence the raising at the time of the takeover ANN), and winning contracts. Those were just my assumptions- could have been wrong on both/either, but winning contracts and debt seem to have both fallen by the wayside.
