If management are even considering a CR... then time to do it is now. Invariably when a CR is required 'down the track' but delayed... mkt senses blood and capital is raised at a far lower price. Has country's 3rd largest supermkt become a risky stk? Almost inconceivable 2-3 yrs ago.
