when mgmt who have been around for a while unexpectanly jump ship its like someone ringing the bell something amiss.
usually something surfaces down the track to explain the board/director movements.
instead of watching businesses people just focus on the who is actually running the entity and their connections
really good mgrs invaribly have to do a CR unless you get a GFC situation or expanding operations
