Not really. There was some commentary in their 18 June update about the weakness in Brisbane leasing and the comment "Several asset recycling initiatives continue to be explored, with the objective of reducing the portfolio’s exposure to the suburban office market in Brisbane and diversifying the portfolio sector mix by increasing the overall exposure to industrial assets. In part this will be dependent on leasing success."
The need to "recycle" worried me a bit but they also said "the value of the portfolio is not expected to change materially at 30 June 2015"
Currently there are a lot of minor trades (1 to 100 units) going through. Not sure what these are really achieving? Seems undervalued to me when you look at the yields and discounts to NTA being experienced by the larger REITs.
