My thoughts are similar - a good return and price < NTA. Activity today a bit worrying with trades at 1.755!
I notice that the research provided by both Westpac Securities and Comsec says their yield is around 5% (presumably using only a half year distribution). Investors wouldn't get confused about that....would they?
