Good observation, the margins are really attractive.
If the demand is there for a second building in Brisbane and Melbourne then I fully support it, we have the funds available to do so if we undergo the notes offering. On that topic I'm not sure why they didn't do the notes offering, hopefully was not due to not enough demand? Was hoping also to see an overseas expansion, wether this is on their radar at all I'm not sure.
If the brokers all upgraded their targets I wonder why the SP has been thumped, doesn't matter to me anyway as I'm a long term investor in the company.
