What I like about NextDC is they have positioned themselves for the favourable tailwind to come.
1. Demand for data continues to grow YoY
2. More and more corporate migrates their services into cloud and will continue to do so in the coming years.
3. New data retention law to be in place in Australia. This should drive up the demand for DC.
NextDC is still in the growth mode and will continue for at least few more years IMO. I don't see the company will return profits to shareholders in near future. I won't invest more unless sp drops back.
