Just had a proper read of the report and came across that the revenue number/EBIT number for 2016 doesn't fully include the federal government contract win and other major company (un-named) contract win as these aren't fully billed next year (they start next year but not immediately).
So am I right to assume not only can we expect a strong revenue number and a huge EBIT number next year, but we can also expect another strong increase in both for the 2017 year once these contracts are fully factored in before we even sell the 20Mw of available space?
Very impressed by the strong utilisation in M1 and B1 which shows strong demand which should correlate to having 2 new centres. Lets remember that our company and the sector are at the very start of a long pathway ahead of huge growth.
Personally I think this should trade around the $5 mark within the next 18 months with the recurring revenue, EBIT year on year increasing by multiples and having the best technology bar none to capture the demand in the cloud industry.
If anyone can point me to an ASX listed company that will have 250% increase in its EBIT next year I would like to hear it!
