While I like everyone's enthusiasm here I did think the existing crowd mobile numbers were a bit of a worry.
Only a minimal increase in adjusted EBITDA on a 34 % revenue increase is not that great.
Shows they really need the Tract business to make forward progress.
Hopefully can finalise on reasonable terms but any equity raising is going to slow short term momentum in share price IMHO.
12 % rate on senior debt suggests terms on convertible notes may not be that great for ordinary shareholders.
