From June 1st till today. (2 months)
XSO. (Small ords index) is down 13% (2237-1941) on a steady downtrend. (Correction?)
During this time CM8 has gained 61% (18c-29c) and is holding nicely around 30c pending track deal.
I'm very happy with share price performance. I also believe it is just the beginning.
Obviously quality companies and immune sectors will kick the trend but it will be interesting to see what happens once XSO finds bottom and resumes uptrend.
If we get some money flow back into small caps then I believe CM8 will be first in the cue to see a decent amount of new investors.
Especially if it coincides with the deal completion and a little bit of liquidity from it.
