1. You are not accounting for 50mil GBP in market escrow which would diminish that debt to 600mil. EBITDAW is low due to the restructuring, give them some time, i can bet you it will increase the next time they publish their results, we all know this, except we are all too lazy to hold until then.
2. Correct, but why would they translate their UK earnings to AUD then back to GBP to pay loans? They can use the UK earnings to pay down debt directly and their AUD earnings to GBP..
3. Completely agree, it will take time for SGH to recover, the problem is a lot of people here want to get rich over night.
IMO a capital raising would be in their best interest, but not yet, they have until 2018 to get their sh*t together, as a last resort (also hoping SP to be $1+) then they can do a cap raise which would benefit all parties.
