Try this comment in the announcement...a classic "motherhood" admittedlty:

They did so in FY16...and remember, our sovereign risk is much lower than elsewhere. look at Brazil, the three major ratings organizations have all rated it down, and as history will point out, the hot headed South Americans are not averse to felching assets in the name of the hombres!
