    Far out man. This stock is a no-brainer.

    Honestly, which company can come out and UPGRADE guidance by 15% AND confirm an 8% dividend and see no movement in its share price?

    This will be re-rated shortly, and I'm sure that by the February first half earnings the share price will be more like $2.40
