The next deadline with the banks is by end March by which time a financing /funding /facilities proposal needs to be provided.
The next deadline after that is end April, by which time agreement must be reached on any facility amendments.
If no agreement, then the maturity of the whole facility shortens to no earlier 31 March 2017.
