The discussion on rights or wrongs of R&D knock back and government policy is pointless. Better to focus on facts and the reality.
1. As expected, appeal has gone nowhere.
2. Further R&D ATO response beyond the timeframe for spud of West Erregulla.
3. Renegotiation or repayment of the R&D advance facility from the CBA due end of this month. I have stated before that I cant see why CBA would be inclined to negotiate.
4. Farm out and/or cap raise required ASAP.
