    Two years ago they fought off an indicative $5.20 offer based in confidence in their own strategy.

    Now looking to sell off parts themselves (Assurance). Twice bounced off 3 year lows. Missed their own guidance on EBITDA. There's not much you can say for this result other than I hope a new bid and strategy isn't far away.
