The market is fickle, no doubt about that. I guess its easy to be negative once you have sold on a bounce?
I am basically ignoring the day to day stuff. CPU has not changed its strategy and I see no reason for them to do so. The dividend is above interest in the bank and will only become proportionally higher as Australia's interest rates head lower over the longer term.
