Was going to buy back-in post announcement, but I think I'll wait a while.
Unfortunately as predicted, Sydney & Melbourne are the markets to be in. C1 & P1 not doing much. B1 close to capacity. Not really sure how I feel about B2, I think it'll be a slow burn too personally (guess its a tough choice for them). Just not firing on all cylinders.
Contracted utilisation up 20% (though I really only care about growth in billed utilisation). All the growth is happening in S1/M1 but obviously that can only happen for so long then you run out of space.
Still spending at an incredible rate and did notice that increase in corporate overheads.
