Can you please demonstrate with numbers relative to CM8 the "universal laws of finance" and how " it's nearly all interest and little principle at the beginning of the loan" This is your third time with this. I'm open to discuss it with you as I think it's very misleading.

Interest is interest mate. You have X % P.A. It is a simple sum in relation to outstanding principle.
