Please comment on Von Rico's chart DD ... love to hear what you think of that ? monthly repayments of $1,070,000 .. WT ? .. no compounding effect inputed .. Dom himself has stated 15 July " effective rate is 9%" .. that's the real rate.
DD ..You have created the side track by wanting to go into how a P & I loan works. I know full well. All I have stated is correct.
This all started because I believe they are reducing their 'available cash flow' for 30 months ( unless they renegotiate the monthly repayments of this loan ) .. by paying principal as well as interest have REDUCED their flexibility ... its basic maths .
At the end they will have less debt ... basic maths again.
The trade off is there for all to see. Whats your problem ?
When they get stuck into their debt .. and improve their earnings .. I will consider buying back in.
