However we don't know what litigation is going to cost?
They mention in the Annual Report 'As noted in the accounts, no amounts have been included for potential compensation to be received or potential costs in undertaking this litigation. Costs of advancing this litigation claim have been expensed as incurred.'
This could significantly impact profits? However the upside from the settlement would be excellent as you suggest.
